After reviewing the quotation comparison, you select 3 factories. A $500 good faith deposit covers our on-site audit costs — travel, accommodation, and inspection. If the order is completed, this $500 is credited toward your service fee.
This is where we earn our fee. Our audit team physically travels to each factory. China is big — factories are often in different provinces, hundreds of kilometers apart. Travel, accommodation, and meals are real costs. We don't cut corners — we visit every factory on your shortlist.
With the chosen factory identified, we negotiate hard on your behalf — not just on price, but on warranty terms, payment structure, and product configuration optimized for your market.
We don't wait for the factory to tell us everything is fine. We show up. Four checkpoints from pre-production sample to container loading. Every inspection documented and reported.
We handle all China-side export procedures and provide ongoing support long after the container leaves the port.
