RUIDA (RUIDACN.COM) provides China-based procurement agent services including but not limited to: supplier identification, quotation compilation, factory auditing, sample procurement, production monitoring, quality control inspection, and logistics coordination.
Our service fee is calculated as a percentage of the final order value, as detailed on our How It Works page. Fees are payable after goods pass our pre-shipment quality inspection and before container loading. Specific fee rates are agreed upon in writing before any procurement work begins.
RUIDA acts as a procurement service provider, not as a legal agent or representative of the buyer. We facilitate transactions between buyers and Chinese suppliers but are not a party to the underlying purchase contract between buyer and supplier.
We exercise reasonable care in screening and recommending suppliers based on factory audits, reference checks, and our professional judgment. However, we do not guarantee supplier performance. We recommend all buyers conduct their own due diligence.
Our pre-shipment inspection follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) international standards. We provide detailed inspection reports. Final acceptance of goods remains the buyer's responsibility.
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, shipping delays, or customs issues.
Buyer-provided designs, specifications, and trademarks remain the buyer's intellectual property. We treat all buyer information as confidential and do not share it beyond what is necessary for procurement purposes.
Supplier payments are typically structured as: 20-30% deposit to start production, balance before shipment (after QC approval). RUIDA can facilitate payments through our trade company or buyers may pay suppliers directly.
