What is your service fee and what does it cover?

Service fee is a percentage of final FOB order value: 8% for under $10K (min $500), 5% for $10K-$50K, 3.5% for $50K-$200K, negotiable for $200K-$500K. Orders over $500K receive a volume discount. This is a zero-kickback fee — we take no commissions from factories. Covers supplier screening, quotation comparison, factory audit, sample arrangement, production monitoring, pre-shipment AQL inspection, loading supervision, and shipping documentation.

When do I pay the service fee?

You pay the service fee only after goods pass our pre-shipment quality inspection and before the container ships. There is no upfront retainer or consultation fee. This aligns our interests with yours — we only get paid when the quality is verified.

We follow AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) international standards for inspection. Our process includes: supplier qualification review, pre-production sample approval, in-line production inspection, and mandatory pre-shipment inspection with a detailed report before any container is sealed. The $500 deposit covers our audit teams travel costs to visit your 3 shortlisted factories. If the order is completed, this $500 is fully credited toward your service fee. If no order results, it covers our costs. This ensures only serious buyers proceed to the audit stage.

Our anti-corruption system has three layers: GPS-tracked company phones with full communication logging, above-market salaries so inspectors do not need side income, and a zero-tolerance policy where one verified violation results in immediate dismissal and a public industry network announcement.

Are factory audits and QC inspections included in the service fee?

Yes. All factory audits, on-site visits, and the 4-stage QC process are included at no extra charge. Reports and photos are submitted to the client for every stage.

Is there a discount for repeat orders from the same factory?

Yes. Once a factory has been audited and an order completed successfully, reorders from that same factory are charged at a flat 3% rate. This covers ongoing QC, production monitoring, and after-sales protection.
